Returns

Our ultimate goal is providing trendy and quality apparel in addition to a flawless shopping experience. All products on our site are custom designs, and as a result we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. Please be sure to read the product’s description to make sure you are ordering the correct size for your desired fit. Additionally, no modifications to sizing or shipping can be made once an order has been placed, and all sales are final.

If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it or fully refund the purchase. Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify Seller in writing to customercare@citypearls1908.com within 8 DAYS of Customer’s receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise.  

Please be sure to send a photo of any damaged or incorrect item(s) received, along with a short description of the damage.

Under no circumstances will Seller accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner. All damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to C.I.T.Y. Pearl™ Greek Apparel to receive new item or refund.
